Shipping

Please allow 4-6 weeks for our creation process on custom orders and out of stock items. Ready to wear items will ship within 3-5 days of payment. If you require an item rushed or have a specific time requirements, please call 416-824-1479 or email info@sinkimjewellery.com to make arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate. You will receive confirmation of shipment, and tracking number once the order is sent.

We offer complimentary shipping, within North America, on all orders over $5000.00. Not applicable to custom orders.

All items under $5000 will be charge $15-$40 within Canada and $40-$100 within the United States. For all other locations please email for a custom quote.

Cancellations

Cancellations maybe done within 24 hours, with the exception of rush requests. After 24 hours, your order will be treated as a return and a credit note will be issued. Any questions or concerns can be directed to info@sinkimjewellery.com
